Aside from my ongoing projects, I wanted to share a discovery tool for designers to use throughout their design process to enhance the human centered aspect of our experiences. The dialogue exercise is a tool I learned about during my time at NerdWallet that has helped me countless times throughout my own process. I wanted to adapt my learnings and experience for the Walmart audience. I created, presented, and walked our design team through the dialogue exercise resource as a whole with screens to illustrate its effectiveness and led them through an activity.
